The Camp of Families

This past weekend was full of fun at Quaker Haven! The theme was "Trusting God" and was based on Psalm 37. Great speakers, beautiful music, fun games, good food, stellar times with friends and family.... the only down side is that my dear Mother and Father weren't able to come. This sadness was eased, though, when both Tom Turpin AND Billy Bob made an appearance....I'll be darned! ;)

The 3 amigos embarked on a dangerous sea voyage on the un-steerable paddle boat. We donned these stylish orange life jackets in case my boating skills proved to be as bad as my driving skills... hehe. Some team camaraderie before games....The dreaded crab walk... take note of this ISU-er sporting a Purdue shirt. They just can't help themselves!More games: My dear (almost) 'lil bro. and fellow nerd. Sadie Sue! Leah and me after some intense ultimate frisbee. You should see her moves. :) Steph and the darlings!I went across these monkey bars like twice and was sore for the whole next day. Don't ask me how she's smiling....kids are buff! Alyssa and Karalea--2 great gals!
So there is a glimpse of the most recent excitement in these parts. Have a terrific day. :)
